The Right Fit’s Combo Class is a first of it’s kind and the only class like it around. The Combo class combines the workouts of our amazing Group Training classes with the up beat and fun Cardio Climb classes. Class is conducted in intervals between strength training total body workouts and total body cardio workouts on the VersaClimber machine. Classes are 45 minutes and are sure to give you amazing results. Classes are Co-Ed and set to a 8 person limit so your form can be properly monitored and we can modify and encourage each and every one of you in class.
