Women’s Group Training Classes are an ongoing group personal training class that will get you results and yield long term fitness results. If you’re tired of co-ed “boot camps” that are crowded and want more personalized attention in a safe, friendly and clean atmosphere, then this is the class for you. The classes are composed of a series of 50 minute moderate to high intensity workouts. Sessions feature strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional training, flexibility & yoga exercises. The Right Fit Covina's women’s only group training classes offer the perfect balance of weight training and cardiovascular activity to tone and firm your entire body. The class is non military style, so no need to worry about running in the rain and getting dirty....just burning calories and getting in great shape! The class is set for a 8 person limit, this gives our qualified trainers an opportunity to see and correct exercises and provide a well designed one hour workout. Workouts can be modified for any fitness level because we keep our classes small and can physically correct and modify each member. Body assessment and nutritional information provided. Come and enjoy the fun, upbeat, lively atmosphere that makes this class unlike any other. (Classes are mostly held indoors).
